Tmobile cliq had JUST come out and I was excited and going to renew my contract and still have to pay for the phone. That was fine but I had them specifically tell me I had 14 days to send the phone back for any reason if I decided I didnt want it. So I paid for the phone and received it. LOVED it but then realized their new rate plan along with data was gonna cost too much compared to my old sidekick data plan. So I got the necessary info and sent it back to the return center. I told them I sent it, gave them a tracking number, nothing for weeks.

For weeks upon weeks I was calling and checking with them, nothing is what their saying. But come to find out they did indeed receive my phone and held it long enough so they could say I didn't send it back in time. They didnt refuse the package, they kept it! Resold my phone too no doubt. They wont give my phone back or do anything. I cant get any english speaking represenatives on the phone to help me, tmobile has outsourced to some desert country like iraq or something. Itd be great if they spoke english! Thats all I ask! Tmobile used to be rated number one in customer service! Now, their lying scum looking to make money off their customers and dont care how they do it. Well tmobile, after I get this straightened out, im done with you. Good job, youve lost a customer thats been with you for years! 

By the way If anyone has similar problems, contact the postal inspection service through your post office where you sent it, im filing fraud charges against tmobile. They'll wish they'd just processed my phone when im done with them.
