I have used tmobile for almost three years... My phone was getting old so I brought it in to get a new one at one of their stores. While upgrading my phone I asked the worker to add unlimited txt because I knew that I would be using it alot that month. I also paid my bill at the time

Two weeks later my phone was shut off and gave me a message stating that I went over my spending limit. So I call them to see what was going on since I had just paid my bill.

They said it was due to txt charges. I told the woman that I had added unlimited while i was in the store. She said rudely "no you didn't" So I asked if it could be added now and back track the charges so that they were gone. She said no.

I went back to the store the I bought the phone from and asked if they could help and they said yes. So the store manager got on the phone with the company and said that it was his employee's fault that I was being charged and that they should remove the charges and add the unlimited txt. Even after the manager said that it was t mobile's own employee at fault. They wouldn't do a thing, that I was stuck with $250 worth of charges at no fault of my own!!!

So I cancelled my service due to their own fault and now I'm stuck with a $600 bill. What a bunch of bull. Their out of their mind if they think I'm going to pay them, but now my credit is going to have to suffer!!!

Rafalmech, I am truly sorry that we didn't resolve your issue. I am a current t-mobile employee, and I can understand why you would be extremely frustrated with the situation that you were left when they told you that there was nothing we could do. I am asking you to please call our customer service line, request immediately to speak with a supervisor (go above and beyond the scope of support that answers the phone) to resolve this issue. I can assure you of this, if there are memos supporting, or if you have a copy of the contract with the documentation of the unlimited txt to be added, we can dispute this for you, restore your account, and rebuild your credit. There may be some hassles along the way, but if you follow this procedure, you will get where you need to go. I can only hope that I am the one that answers the phone for you so that I can help resolve your issue and get you back up and running the way it was suppose to be. That type of customer service is not what t-mobile is about, we're about making a difference in your attitude towards customer service with excellent or above that - World class - results.. Please, call back!!
