Tate Pogue Construction Bartow Blueprinting - Bryan Jeffrey Tate ripoff lied bounced felony checks con-artist Cartersville Georgia
Bryan Tate of Tate Construction/Tate & Pogue Construction , Bartow Blueprinting, formerly Choice Contracting is nothing more than a lying thieving coniving contractor.
My husband and I have a small business and had suffered immense family losses right before we took on Bryan's work. One loss of which was my husband brother who also was our lead man.
Bryan called out of the blue one day crying the blues he needed an electrician bad that his last had hauled off and left on him. (which now we know why)
Being as it was commercial work, which is what my brother in law had always wanted us to get into, we took it as a sign and accepted to help him out. After being VERY disgraceful on the job sites ordering us to finish quicker than scheduled we pushed jobs aside and turned work down to accomodate his schedule, what does he do??!! HE HASN'T PAID 1 RED CENT ON A RESTARAUNT WE WIRED THAT IS OPEN AND SERVING FOOD!!
He has bounced 2 checks to us for over $10,000 each, and has made NUMEROUS fraudulent claims example: Wife has colon cancer, he had heart attack, had to coach little league, forgot my phone at home, phone was dead, forgot his voice mail box pin number, all excuses for not calling. YOU SHOULD HERE THE ONES FOR WHY HE HASN"T PAID US OUR $24,000!!
We have almost gone bankrupt because of one man. I hope this helps someone make the right decision and keeps their dreams of owning their own business alive because he killed ours

It has been months now and Bryan still tries to elude us. We have sought the help of an attorney and are pursuing Felony charges. I don't think this bothers him too much though our attorney pulled his record and his rap sheet goes back to 1998. There are charges against him in various counties and he goes by all different kinds of aliases. He has proved to us he is not and will not pay his debt and for that I will do everything in my power to see his remaining days are spent in prison, where I would love to see him rip off some one there.
