Terranea Resort A waiter spilled cream on my suit and Erick promised to pay for a cleaning but wouldn't Rancho Palos Verdes, California
I attended a wedding at Terranea resort more than 3 months ago. During the reception, one of the waiters spilled cream all over me as I sat in my chair eating. The waiter apologized and got the manager. The manager introduced himself as Erick, the Banquet Manager, and he told me he will pay for the dry cleaning or a new suit. He was very accommodating and asked if I wanted anything else... another entree, any deserts, etc. I declined. I was just happy that they would pay for the dry cleaning.
I got my suit dry cleaned and sent Erick the bill about a week later. About a month went by and I didn't hear from them so I called them. I found out his name was Erick Gonzalez. I left a message for him, which was never returned.
I called a few more times in the next 2 weeks. I finally got to talk to him and he told me he never recieved the receipt. So I sent another letter to Terranea and sent it certified this time. I again waited about a month and a half. Still no word from them.
If they are going to promise that they would pay for the cleaning or a new suit, they need to deliver on that promise. If I had paid for a new suit and they didn't pay, I would be really upset.
Anyone reading this should know that this guy is a crook and a liar!
