The Lynd Company - Timberlinks Apartments Charging for cable that I don't have!! San Antonio Texas
The Lynd Company is charging me $45 for cable that i don't even have. I was told by the office staff that even if i don't get cable they will charge me for it. I also recieved a package from the cable company saying that the cable was going to be included in my rent. I called the office and they said it was true. I called the cable company after recieving my bill from Timberlinks and they said that the package that they sent to everyone was made just for Timberlinks, so everthing in the packet was reviewed by the Lynd Company. They are ripping us off with this and other things, like raising rent by $70-$90. Not letting us play golf for free anymore. My water bill went up also, after the Lynd company took over. Am I paying to water the golf course?
