The Vertical Project by Luke Lowery Hidded Charges, Internet
I ordered the downloadablle Vertical Project product and payed with pay pal. After I paid I was told that I needed to provide my credit card information in order to pay for the shipping of an additional item that I did not order or desire to order. I did not want to provide my credit card information so I tried to proceed without giving the information. I was then told on the web site that I would not be able to proceed to the download site until I provided the credit card info. I then read the detailed customer agreement statement that said that in providing my card information and ordering I was also agreeing to a monthly fee of 59.95 to be charged to my credit card. I of course did not provide my credit card info. but am now unable to download the product that I have already bought and paid for with pay pal. I have filed a dispute with pay pal and sent several emails to Vertical Project. This is a total bait and switch scam where they claim that the product that you are buying is discounted and then try to get your card information in order to hit you with the monthly charges that according to their custormer agreement is virtually impossible to get out of as is reflected in other complaints listed on this web site. I would stay completely away from Luke Lowery and Vertical Project if I were you. It is a total scam.
