I filed for a $50 rebate for a CPU with TigerDirect through OnRebate. I submitted the proper documentation. OnRebate says it was missing the UPC, even though I included the only bar code label that came with the CPU. I tried emailing them, filling out their online form, and calling but got no response.

I filled out and mailed TigerDirect's "guaranteed rebate" form 2 months ago but have gotten no response. I have tried calling TigerDirect but their customer service phone number is designed so that I can never talk to a person about this.

Dear Customer, Most customer don't know what a UPC barcode is so they send in the UPS label or the vendor barcode instead. Please send an email to nadina.urdanetaATonrebate.com and I will instruc you on how to resubmit.
