TNT Aluminum Trailers - Tony Stout took my money but can't deliver the product... it doesn't exist? Cumberland Virginia
Due to the fact that this issue has not been resolved I wish to remain annonymous so no retaliation can be made "if" delivery is actually made.
Trailer ordered at the beginning of the year with an 10-12 week promised delivery date. It is now June 25th (2 1/2 mos. late)and after numerous phone calls and many excuses, I am out many thousands of dollars.
I keep getting the run around and have no other choice but to go there and see if they are actually for real, costing me more for the unit than originally planned.
It is a shame they do business this way. If they don't work quickly to resolve this. I will work diligently to make aware their shady business practices.
Many car enthusiast forums will have the word put out as well as contacting the US attorney for wire fraud if possible.
Does the owner of TNT get to read this? I sure hope so!

It's been years now and the State of Virginia has not prosecuted this bottom feeder.
We are almost at the expire of the statute of limitations and no one is moving forward with the investigation.
Sometimes the Bad Guys win...

No longer in business that I know of, but Va State Police still interested in bringing him to justice...anyone else interested please contact the same # posted in my report...although Trooper Martin is no longer there...the trooper in charge of the case is very interested in going further...

After numerous phone calls , faxes and e-mails with no response. I am driving out tues (Jul 19th) 16 hours and will be there on the 20th. I have the local deputy sherrif going with me. (Michael Boggs & James Turney) You can contact David Martin of the Va State Police... he is handling all 20... yes 20! cases on file as of now. Criminal charges may be possible due to US Wire fraud laws. other contacts...
