Toner World Or Toner Zone He scammed me into thinking he was our Representative for our copier that we a contract with. Los Angeles California
I am writing this because I got scammed by a guy who had a New York accent named "Don Johnson". He said that I ordered toner from him a little while ago and that the second order was on back order and that I still get the price of of the same one I already bought because the prices went up. He acted like he was the representative of the leasing company we get the toner from and have a contract with. We received the toner and me thinking we didn't have to pay anything, just left it to be. He called me a couple weeks later asking for his money and I said that we have a contract already. That's when I figured out he scammed me into buying his product, which I told him he did. He then proceeded to tell me that "all sales are final". I was really upset and that when he told me that a UPS guy will come and pick up the toner, so he can get it back.
I called the next day and asked for the address to send the toner back and he was really rude and said that his name wasn't "Don Johnson" and that his name was "Mark". He said that he was just going to send the UPS guy and that I didn't need a label. I am not paying for this toner. People need to watch out for this guy.
