Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
If  you are  thinking  of  obtaining an  online  credit  report  or  score   Don't  even think  about it, don't go on the  websites  of   Experian,  Transunion (especially)  or Equifax.

In  the last  72  hours,  I  had a Problem  with Experian, Transunion,  to the point  where I  filed BBB  reports  and I  am filing  action  against  Transunion,   for unauthorized  activity  on mycredit card, in addition I  am contacting  the OIG  at the FTC,   for various violations  involving the FOIA  (Freedom of Information  Act)  according  to USC  Code, and the Code of Federal regulations (CFR).  I  also  contacted  Experian and Transunion   explaining  to them why  by letter  as well.

Transunion - (Beware)  !!!!!  Once  they  have your credit card,  you might as well close it down, contact your  credit card company oir financial  instituion  and obtain a new credit  card.

In  fact  in by accident if you  enter the URL  www.transunion.com  close your browser window immediately, Don't even allow them to obbtain your  IP  address,  or Default Gateway, etc.

Stay Away.

Instead go to www.annualcreditreport.com   and  either  obtain a  yearly  free  credit report  or purchase  one  from  them.  I  Have  to  admit I  wasn't  using  good  jugement  in ordering or purchasing  one from  Experian(Creditexpert.com)  or Truecredit.com  or  Transunion  directly.

The  Other Alternative  is to obtain  one by mail  with a  Check/money  order  by certified  mail preferrably.  This  way  it  becomes  under the direct domain of the US  Post office.

I  would advise  you not to order even a 3-1  credit bureau  reporting mechanism/monitoring  by credit card, or ATM Debit  card  as well.  All  you have to do  is add a "security  alert"  on your  credit report

In  Addition  the credit scores - Forget it -  a  complete scam.  They charge anywhere  from $9.95 - 10.95  for a FICO (Fair Isaac  Corporation)  score  eg,  FICO 1, - basic   FICO 2 - Plus  FICO 3 - Vantage score.   For example  I  have an excellent  credit  history  and  these  scoring models  no longer even apply  in today's fragmented  economy,,  since the average  lending institution will  charge you; any  APR  of Prime  Rate + 18%  above and beyond  what it should be.  Complete  Rip off.

Also  be  careful  of any  ads  or pop-ups  that offer  you a free  credit report,  when indeed  this is not the  case.
