Travertine Specialties Jeff Poll Jeff Poll is a liar and CANNOT do tile or wood flooring work. And don't let him touch any plumbing! Colorado Springs, Colorado
Jeff Poll was recommended by Floor & Decor's Store Manager Eugenia Medina stating that he had been working doing their displays and also purchasing from them for over 4 years. With such a great recommendation I avoided the report on this sight and took her word. That was my first mistake.
He left huge gaps in my wood flooring, my shower wasn't installed properly, tile was broken, sinks were leaking, he used a white grout on dark chocolate floors and then wouldn't answer my phone calls. He has showed up a few times and fixed little things as I have been calling Eugenia and she has had the little bit of decency to call him. He came over and left caulking in my glass bowl sinks, finger prints all over my walls. He was supposed to be here again today, but of course he didn't show up. He is late every day, but whne I try and ask him to adjust his schedule he gets upset with me! But now he says that if I take him to small claims court Eugenia will be testifying against me because they recorded my conversations! I am filing a claim today.
PLEASE do not allow Jeff Poll with Travetine Specialties to do any of your work. He is a con artist who talks a lot but does not live up to his part of the deal! He has no clue what he is doing yet make s all kinds of promises.
