I placed an order through a site called Bella Rose Cottage AKA Tres Chic Boutique on May 16th 2009. My order total with priority shipping was $106.70.

I had contacted the seller a few days later to find out what the status of my order was, she ignored my emails and phone calls. Right before Memorial Day weekend, I contacted her again, and she said she was working on my order and it would ship in a few days. I was supposed to get my order by Memorial Day weekend. She did not charge my card till June 11th 2009. I contacted her again on June 15th to find out what was going on and she said she was sending it out that week and it would be shipped Fed Ex, so I should have it in a week. That never happened. So I contacted her again and asked her what was going on and no answer till July 9th and she said it was being shipped that day. I contacted her again on JUly 17th and she told me she was shipping it USPS. She never said when it was shipped, no tracking number was provided, NOTHING. SHe out right refused to tell me when it shipped as well. I confronted her on this, because its pretty obvious she was scamming me, and she refused to refund my money, or replace the order. Needless to say, my order still has not even arrived ecause she never shipped it and thought I would not notice.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER! She is a liar.

I am glad I finally found, after a month of reserahc, someone else who had issues with this woman and her "business". Sadly, I am out $400 it looks like.

Back in December 2009 I contacted Brooke Fleming, who runs this boutique, regarding a vanity I wanted to purchase. I paid in December 2009.

Come MID january 2010 I still had not received the funirture. I kept emailing and emailing her- Finally in February she emails me telling me the shipment, after MUCH "snow" delay, will be at my house tomorrow.

Tomorrow comes and goes- I finally contacted her asking what the deal was. She starts apologizing because the vanity "broke while another piece of furniture was being moved from the truck."  She says she is going to refund my money. Fine by me. I had waited long enough.

March comes and goes. So does April. Mind you I have STILL been contacting this woman. She reponds, but with excuse after lame excuse of why I still haven't received a refund.

It's now OCTOBER 2010. I still have nothing to show for my purchase and NOW she has stopped e-mailing me altogether. I have tried calling her- have left messages and more e-mails. Nothing.

Let's see. Her excuses were: 1. She'sa going through economic troubles. 2. She's had personal problems. 3. She made a claim with the insurance company and has to WAIT to refund me until they PAY HER/. That's bullcrap.

I will not stop until I have my money. She has another thing coming to her if she thinks I'm backing down.
