Tshirts Discount Inc. Atlantic Sportswear Ripped off, stole money, didn't produce goods New York, New York
On September 14, 2010. I placed an online order of t-shirts to Tshirts Discount Inc. I had ordered from them before and received my order fairly quickly and I was pleased with my former order.
I stressed to them that I needed my order asap. I checked my bank account to see if they took the money, and they did. They took $65.14. So I figured it was on it's way. I sent them an email and they didn't answer. But then I was getting angry. I was to put on a presentation for some folks who was thinking about using my services.
I used them because they didn't have a min. and I could get any color, in any size. I called them and they never returned my call, by then I was heated. I left a message for them to put my money back on my account. But nothing.
I went back to there website, surprised that it was still up and running. I saw that they had an address here in NYC, where I live also. Me and my son, when down there.
And what I found was a place that does shipping and they did offer post office boxes. I asked the owner about Tshirts Discount Inc. He stated "They did have a box there at one time but don't any more.
I asked if he could give me a letter or something stating that fact. And he refused, but he did give me his card and he said he would talk to any one asking questions about them. I didn't know what to do.
