Complaint Review: United Debt Solutions Inc. - Orange Park Florida

This message is to everyone who was ever employed by John Hacker (owner/president/"CEO") and Christa Caparella (secretary/treasurer) of United Debt Solutions, Inc!!! The State Attorney General's office in Florida has finally brought a lawsuit against them!!! And it's about time. If you have any information that would help them with this case, please contact the Financial Division so your voice can be heard!!

This is to Don Freeman. Employees of UDS have heard all the "horrible" things about you from John and your sister, Christa. But as I got to know John and Christa, I learned what habitual pathological liars they are. I do not believe anything from their mouths were ever true. Don, I do believe the State Attorney General's office would be delighted to hear from you. You could give them insight as to what happened concerning Chris Ralph and him having to leave. You could give them so much information to help in the suit against UDS. Please contact the Finance Division of the State Attorney General's office and see what you can do to help. Understandable that Christa is your sister, but she honestly didn't treat you as blood family, she treated you worse than a stranger. I've seen Christa treat strangers better and she still downgrades you. Help us bring John and Christa to a stop.

To all the clients and former clients of UDS. You also need to contact the Florida State Attorney General's office to help them with their lawsuit. With all of us making a stand against them, they will have nowhere to go other than prison. And let's be honest everyone, that is where they belong so they cannot hurt anyone else. Let's get them before they run to another state and try to do this with another business to more innocent people.

Just to let the clients know, they did not treat us employees any better than they treated their paying clients. As employees, we were advised to lie, to try to get more money out of you and to do the least bit of work as possible on each account. And if you were finished paying your fees to them, your contract received even less attention. For this, I do apologize. I wish I could have done more for you when I was a negotiator, but the owner of the company and the secretary/treasurer made sure they kept our hands tied with their personal life drama. It would have helped if they had decided to get out of bed before noon to help with their business, but they had to party quite often!!! I know that many of the customer service representatives felt that they couldn't do a thing to help the clients since John and Christa delegated precisely how they were to treat the clients and what they were to do for the clients, well, actually, what they were NOT to do for the clients.

So, to everyone involved with this company, let's all pull together and bring them to a halt!!! As previous employees have pointed out, all they wanted the money for was drugs, cars, more drugs and to have sex with the employees. Do we really want these people out on the streets to do this again? I don't!!! That is why my voice shall be heard the day of court!!!!

And to John and Christa. I am so thrilled that this is happening to you. As former employees, we want to know what little sob story you are going to sing on this one? Or are you going to blame all of your former employees for this like you have done in the past with each and every company that you have owned or supposedly owned?? Isn't it about time that you both grew up and faced your own faults??? Look at yourself on this one!!! How can employees take down each of your businesses and you not learn how to protect yourself??? Oh, wait, you tried by doing it illegally!! I cannot wait for all the companies that you have screwed over to catch up with you. Talk about lawsuits!! I guess your cocaine, crack and fake breasts were more important!!
