Universal Marketing Solutions - Matt Hicks Regional Manager Matt Hicks Reg. Mang. Has Client Approved for A loan to Buy Blue green Property Boca Raton, Florida
Matt Hicks and his salesman Wayne Sowers called my wife 7 times on Feb. 02 , 2009 telling her he had a client already approved for a loan to purchase a Blue Green time Share.
They started out with a offer less than we had paid 4 month,s prior for our time share, well this only lasted about 30 minutes before they started to raise the price to what we had paid for the property, the next thing I knew Matt acted as if he was stepping in as to finalize the deal, he was going to work on our behalf but also was going to close the deal that day.
the final offer came in about 1 hour later and it was for $7,500.00 dollars more than we paid he had us to check to see if we coud get another time share being that we were returning coustermers .
To finalize the deal we had to send $1,398.24 with our signed listing documents within 1 hour or the people would lose the loan approval do to time experiation of loan approval .
We never heard any thing from Matt again for about a week so I called him just to be told off for calling the number I used was for buyer's only .
I called again about a month later and our time share was not even listed and the buyer's lost the loan and because of the man getting laid off they could not get approved again we can not get in touch with them they will not return our calls
