This is very true. Keep crying wolf and they will respond. I dealt with them today and they said "as a courtesy we will return your money." Keep persisting and you will get through. (by the way using the BBB will get you somewhere.)

I use to work at USA credit and a few years ago I posted an entry telling everyone how to get their money back from USA credit. I was reading a few comments and when are you people going to learn! Don't ever give your banking info to anyone especially if your feeling uneasy about the company. No one can get your personal banking info. unless you give it to them. I kind of feel like you who did so deserved it, maybe now you'll learn a lesson not to be stupid and give your personal info out to anyone! Read what your applying for or ask questions if your talking 1 on 1 to someone, but you CAN 100% get your money back. Read my first entry from 2004 I explain exactually what to say to the customer service reps to get your money back. I would no...I worked their and I quit because I hated the way the business was operated. I bet those of you who did get money deducted from their checking account will never be that gullable to give out banking info ever again though! and oh ya...if you tell the rep your going to call the better business burough they'll refund your money like that! That's the quickest way to make them squirm and refund quickly; and remember don't let them tell you no. The more presistant you are the quicker you'll see that refund in your account!
