Order payed for the end of Sept 2012, followed up by email in November as the goods had not arrived received email back Thanks for bringing this to our immediate attention.
I'm looking into exactly where this order is.

Sent another follow up email as I had not heard from above and got told
Good news and, some bad news.
The parcel had to be re- shipped because we didn't fill out the form attached to the parcel correctly.
Please allow about 7 to 10 days for the parcel to reach you.
We're sorry for our mistake
I will contact you again in about 10 days to make sure you got your package.
If you do get if before I contact you, please notify me by email.
Feel free to contact us at anytime via email, or telephone.
I have since followed up by a few more emails and voice mail to the phone number listed and still no luck.
