I CALLED THE SAME  DAY; NO ANSWER. MONDAY COMES 7/15/2013 APPROX 9:30 AM; I CALLED AND GOT TO SPEAK TO ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR HARRY; I GAVE HIM ALL THE INFO AS I HAVE TYPED HERE; HE VERIFYS- PUTS ME ON HOLD TO CONTACT THE EMPLOYEE ON THE ROUTE FOR MY AREA AND THOSE DAYS;HARRY TELLS ME THAT THE EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE LEFT IT IN MY APARTMENT COMPLEX MAIL BOX WITH THE KEY ; TO OPEN FOR PARCEL DELIVERIES- I TOLD HIM THERE WAS NO KEY AND WHAT PARCEL BOX? WHICH ONE I REPLIED? PUT ON HOLD AGAIN; NOW THE HARRY TELLS ME THE OFFICE AT MY COMPLEX HAD THE KEYS TO OPEN THE MAIL BOXES ON SITE- WENT TO OFFICE MGRS NO SUCH TRUTH OR FACTS- THEY SAID THAT WASN'T TRUE. CALL HARRY BACK; HE STATES PARCELS NOT THERE AT THE ANNEX ON SITE AND THAT HE WOULD COME OUT WITH THE EMPLOYEE TO SEE WHAT'S GOING WHERE THE PACKAGE WAS OR THAT HE COULD OPEN THE MAIL BOX PARCEL HOLDER WHERE MY PARCEL WAS TO BE FROM THE STATEMENT HIS EMPLOYEE GAVE HIM; HARRY STATED- HARRY CAME APPROX 2HRS LATER WITH SAID EMPLOYEE OPEN MAIL BOXES ETC.... AND WENT TO ANOTHERPART OF THE COMPLEX WHERE OTHER APARTMENT RESIDENTS HAD MAIL BOXES AS WELL, THE YOUNG EMPLOYEE MALE- I WAS TOLD BY THE MGRS AT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX CAME IN THE OFFICE BUT DIDN'T SPEAK TO THEM SO ONE OF THE MANAGERS ASKED HIM DID HE FIND MY PACKAGES? THE YOUNG MALE EMPLOYEE I WAS TOLD JUSY MUMBLED AND SHRUBBED HIS SHOULDERS AND LEFT. NOW PEOPLE HARRY AND THIS EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN TELLING ME ALL MORNING FROM 9:30AM TILL THEY CAME OUT; THAT THE KEY WAS LEFT IN MY MAIL BOX  FOR THE PARCEL MAIL HOLDER- NOW HARRY COMES AND TELLS ME; THAT THE YOUNG MALE EMPLOYEE LEFT IT AT THE DOOR OF MY APARTMENT AND SOMEONE STOLE IT AND THERE NOT AT FAULT AND CONTACT THE SHIPPER TO HAVE IT REPLACED- REALLY HARRY I SAID; YOUR LYING AND COVERING UP FOR YOUR INCOMPENT EMPLOYEE.HARRY SAYS WELL WHAT DID I WANT HIM TO DO? I STATED FIRST OF ALL ADMITT THE MISTAKE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEE HAS MADE AND TREAT ME LIKE HE WOULD HAVE WANTED TO BE TREATED; TELL THE TRUTH !!!!! AND STOP PISSING ON ME AND CALLING IT RAIN OR BLOWING SMOKE UP MY REAR END. I'M MISSING 3 PARCELS FROM CHINA- GOODS I PAID FOR; AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY HE STAND THERE IN BOLD FACE LIES TO MY FACE PEOPLE AND I'M A MINISTER; EVEN IF I WASN'T A MINISTER STILL COME ON!!!!! THE EMPLOYEE LOST OR PUT MY PARCEL IN THE WRONG MAIL BOX AND SOME ONE IMMORAL- WITHOUT HONOR AS THOSE TWO TAX EMPLOYED EMPLOYEES TOOK MY PARCELS; BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES( HARRY AND THIS EMPLOYEE) I CONTACTED THE USPS  BY PHONE AGAIN AND I MADE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE ASSIT HARRY AND HIS EMPLOYEE AND I TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED; AS I HAVE TYPED HERE- THEY GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND APOLOGIZED TO ME . THE 1-800 USPS ASK-USPS TREATED ME KIND AND PROFFESIONAL AND LISTENED; I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM- JUST THE ONE'S MAINLY AT FAULT ASSIST SUPERVISOR HARRY AND HIS EMPLOYEE WHO LOST OR MISPLACED MY PARCELS AND LIED BOLD FACE TO ME TO TRY AND COVER IT UP.  MY TAXES AT WORK REALLY;SURELY I'M NOT GETTING WHAT I'M PAYING MY TAXES FO

 THE USPS HASN'T GIVEN ME  PROOF OF THEIR ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE PERSON OR PERSONS WHO STOLE IDENITY AND ILLEGALLY CHANGED MY ADDRESS IN THEIR SYSTEM REPEATEDLY EVEN AFTER GOING TO THE POST MASTER AS WELL. YET STILL THIS ISSUE HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED.

AS PROMISED; HERE IS THE CONFIRMATION OF THE COMPLAINTS FILED WITH THE POSTMASTERS ABOUT THE IDENITY THEIFT OF MY IDENITY; WHICHING OF MY MAILING ADDRESS FOR MY PACKAGES AND PARCELS TO BE DELIVERED TO ANOTHER STATE ETC... WHICH I NEVER AUTHORIZED AND THE POSTMASTER FOR THE USPS HASN'T TO THIS DATE CONTACTED ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW THE STATUS OF THIS ILLEGAL FEDERAL CRIME AND IT IS EASY FOR THEM TO LOOK UP THE INTERNET PORTAL ADDRESS AND FINED OUT WHOM AND WHERE THE ILLEGAL CRIMMANAL ACTION WAS DONE TO AND ON MY ACCOUNT

AND MY COMPLAINTS ARE VERY SERIOUS AND YOU SEE HOW I HAVE BEEN DONE; SPARE YOURSELF WASTED TIME AND AGRIVATION.AND BY THE WAY THE REP FOR THE POSTMASTER GENERAL FOR THE USPS TRIED TO RUSH ME OFF THE PHONE ANDTRIED TO CONVINCE ME NOT TO FILE THE COMPLAINTS AND TO WAIT AND COME BACK A FEW DAYS LATER TO FILE THEM;

  ON 10-25-2013; AT MY MAIL BOX ON THE APTARTMENT COMPLEX AT THE LAKES OF NORTH PORT IN FLORIDA ; WAITING TO RE TRIEVE MY MAIL ; THE SAME CARRIER THAT  I  PREVIOUS MADE  COMPLAINTS ON AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATIONS  ON  TO THE USPS.COM AND TO THE POSTMASTER THAT I HAVE PROOF OF IS STILL DELIVERING THE MAIL OVER TO THIS COMPLEX; REMEMBER HE'S UNDER SUPISION AS WELL AS HIS SUPERVISOR HARRY OF THE NORTH PORT ANNEX  ON TAMIAMI TRL 13611, 34287, OF IDENITY THEIFT  OF MY IDENITY AND ILLEGALLY CHANGING MY ADDRESS IN THEIR USPS SYSTEM TO HAVE THE LOST PACKAGES OR PACKAGE TO GO TO OTHER STATES- PRETENDING TO BE ME.

NOW ON THIS DAY IN QUESTION 10-25-2013; THIS SAME CARRIER WHICH HAPPENS TO BE MALE,PUTS A PINK SLIP IN MY MAIL BOX FOR MY PARCEL TO BE SIGNED FOR AND PICKED UP; NOW LET ME EXPLAIN THIS AS IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME IN AUGUST OF 2013 BY HARRY THE SUPERVISOIR FACE TO FACE WITH ME; THAT IF THE CARRIER HAS A SLIP THAT NEEDS TO BE SIGNED BY RESIDENT OF THE PARCELS OR MAIL; THAT THE CARRIER HAS TO ASK FOR ID AND THE SLIP HAS TO BE SIGNED AND THE CUSTOMER PARCEL, LETTERS ETC... HAS TO BE GIVEN OVER TO THE CUSTOMER AT THAT TIME; AND SINCE THE NEW OWNERS DON'T EXCEPT PACKAGES BECAUSE OF LIABILTY AND THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE KEYS FOR THE PARCEL MAIL BOXES; SINCE THE KEYS WERE NEVER TURNED OVER TO THE NEW OWNERS AND THE MAIL BOXES ARE NOT IN WORKING ORDER; IF THE CUSTOMER HAS SUCH REQUIRED SIGNATURE SLIPS FOR PARCELS AND LETTERS THAT THE CARRIERS HAVE TO COME TO THE APARTMENT AND DELIVER SAID,PARCEL OR LETTERS ETC... AND LEAVE A PICK UP NOTICE IF RESIDENT IS NOT HOME OR AVAILABLE; WELL I WAS STANDING LESS THAN 5 FEET AWAY WHEN I REQUESTED MY PACKAGES OR PARCEL FROM THIS CARRIER AND HE LAUGHED AND REFUSED AND TURNED AND WALKED AWAY TO HIS MAIL TRUCK AS I KEPT ON REQUESTING MY PARCEL WITH WITTNESSES STANDING IN CLEAR VIEW AND HEARING OF THE SITUATION; NOW THIS CARRIER NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO EVEN COME TO MY APARTMENT, BUT I LOOKED UP THE REDELIVERY ARTICLE # FOR MY PARCEL HE PUT THAT RESIDENT WASN'T HOME; NOW I ASKED THIS CARRIER HOW WOULD HE FEEL IF I HAD DID THIS TO HIM; AND I STATED THAT BEING THAT THERE ARE ALREADY COMPLAINTS AGAINST HIM  AND HIS ANNEX; THAT I DIDN'T DESIRE TO HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER ONE AGAINST HIM; FOR HIM JUST TO TREAT ME LIKE HE WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED AND DO RIGHT AND GIVE ME MY PARCEL; AND THE FACT THAT I'M PHYSICALLY DISABLED; BY LAW ACCOMODATIONS HAVE TO BE MADE FOR THE DISABLED AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY 10 MILES OR SO TO PICK MY PARCEL THAT HE HAD ON HIS TRUCK. AGAIN HE LAUGHED AND DROVE OFF.

SO I CALLED  THE 1800-275-8777 NUMBER AND MADE A COMPLAINT; THE REPRESENTIVE TO DOWN THE COMPLAINT AND GAVE ME THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS PHONE NUMBER FOR THAT ANNEX- BUT IT WASN'T FOR THE UNITED STATES CONSUMER AFFAIRS- IT WAS FOR THE USPS CONSUMERS AFFAIRS IN HOUSE COMPLAINTS THAT GO NO WHERE AND THEY ARE BIAS-AS I FOUND OUT AFTER SPEAKING TO NITTA OF THE USPS CONSUMER AFFAIRS SHE GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE NORTH PORT ANNE ASSIISTANT SUPERVISIOR 3 WAY AND IT WAS THE SUPERVISIOR WHO IS HARRY WHO IS UNDER INVESTIGATION ALONG WITH HIS EMPLOYEE FOR TAMPERING WITH MY IDENITY AND LOST PARCEL- THERE WAS NO WAY THIS WAS FAIR OR NON BIAS. I HAVE THE CONFIRMATION AND COPIES OF THE PAPER WORK AND THE PINK SLIP OF THIS  REFUSED PARCEL DELIVERY BY THIS CARRIER; I WILL PUT IT IN THE UPDATED MATERAL LATER- BUT DON'T TRUST THEM OF BELIEVE THEM GO TO THE REGULAR CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THE ATTERNONY GENERAL OFFICE IF YOU WANT REAL RESULTS AND WITH YOUR PROOF

THIS MORNING I CALLED THE NORTH PORT OFFICE FOR MY ZIP 21-941-426-0940; SPOKE TO DIANA; INFORMED HER OF THE MATTER  AND TO SE IF ANY ONE HAD PUT INTO THEIR SYSTEM FOR MY ADDRESS AND MAIL TO BE FORWARDED; SHE CHECKED AND SAID;AND VERIFIED NO- NO CHANGE- SHE SAID; THAT SHE SPOKE TO THE CARRIER WHO DELIVERS MY MAIL AT OHANNA WAY IN NORTH PORT FLORIDA  AND THE CARRIER STATED THIS TO THEM; I EXPLAINED TO DIANA THAT THEIR ARE SEVERAL CARRIERS WHO WORK THIS AREA; BUT THERE'S ONE  OF THEM THAT HAS  HAD THE COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM AND I DESCRIBED HIM - A YOUNG  MALE APPROX LOOKS LIKE HE IN HIS TEENS AND LOKKS CAUCASSION( WHITE) BLONDISH HAIR ; THIN BUILT; AND I EXPLAINED FUTHER THE ISSUES SURROUNDING THIS MATTER WITH HIM AND THE ASSIST SUPERVISOR HARRY- DIANA TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T FIND THE ARTICLE NUMBER IN THEIR COMPUTER; NOR THE CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY FOR 7/13/2013; I TOLD HER THAT I COULD EMAIL HER THE INFORMATION AND COPIES OF THE EMAILS AND REPORTS THAT I HAD WITH CONFIRMATION AND ARTICLE NUMBER AS WELL; SHE GAVE IT TOO ME [email protected]- I emailed the infor but; it was return as a  email address not valid- SO I TRIED AGAIN CAPITALIZING THE USPS.GOV- NOW WAITING TO SEE IF IT'S RETURNED AS WELL.  THIS IS SO AGREVATING AND FRUSTRATING FOR ME.

IT'S NOT APPROX 5:00 P.M ON 8/14/2013 AND I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE POSTAL INSPECTOR JANIS  AND ANOTHER ONE - ALSO I CALLED THE POST OFFICE TO THE CALIFORIA ADDRESS WHERE MY ALLEGED  UNDELIVERED PACKAGE WAS SUPOSE TO BE SHIPPED TO BY THIS ACELLANT POSING AS ME AND WHO CHANGED MY ADDRESS WITHOUT MY CONSENT- TAMPERING WITH MY NAME AND MY MAIL.- THERE WAS NO PARCEL THERE WITH THE ARTICLE NUMBER - NO PARCEL WAS FORWARD TO COME TO THE CALIFORINA POST OFFICE EITHER THE POSTAL SERVICE PERSON BARBRA CHECKED- SOME ONE WANTED THE HEAT OFF OF THEM AND ON TO SOMEONE ELSE; INSTEAD OF JUST ADMITTING THEY MADE A MISTAKE; NOW I'VE FILED A REPORT WITH THE POSTAL INSPECTOR AND THEY ALSO GAVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THE CONSUMMER AFFAIRS. SEEMS LIKE THESE EMPLOYEES REALLY ARE TRYING COVER THE TRILS ONLY FOR THE GREAT IAM WHOM I SERVE TO ENLIGHTEN EVERYONE TO THE TRUTH- SEE THE 1-800-75-8777 TOLD ME THAT AN AGENT TYPED THAT INFOMATION IN AND THEY ASKED  ME DID I AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR FOR MY PARCEL TO BE SHIPPED TO A DIFFRENT LOCATION AND STATE; I SAID NO!!! NO!!!!! I ONLY WAY THAT I FOUND OUT WAS FROM AN EMAIL SENT BY USPS FOR REDELIVERY FOR THAT MISSING PARCEL FROM 7-13-2013 WITH THE OLD CONFIRMATION NUMBER ON- OR I WOULDN'T HAVE NEVER KNOWN ABOUT IT; I'M GLAD I SIGNED UP FOR IT NOW.I DEPISE PEOPLE WHO ABUSE THEIR AUTHORITY AND THINK THE LAWS OESN'T APPLY TO THEM.  I WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED

 WHY DIDN'T THE ASSISTANT SUPERVISIOR HARRY AND HIS USPS POSTAL EMPLOYEE GO TO THE RESDIENT APARTMENT THAT HE LEFT THE ALLEGED KEY INSIDE THEIR MAIL BOX LEAVING  MY PACKAGES SO THE EMPLOYEE STATED TO HIS SUPERVISIOR- AND GO AND GET MY PACKAGES- WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL THE RESIDENT THAT THEY KNEW THAT THEY LEFT  MY PARCEL IN THE WRONG MAIL BOX AND THAT THEY KNEW THE RESIDENT OR RESIDENTS HAD MY PARCEL PACKAGES? IT WAS THE SUPERVISIOR HARRY AND HIS EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIY TO RETRIEVE MY PARCEL PACKAGES FROM WHERE THEY WRONGLY PUT IT AND THEY  KNEW WHERE IT WAS.THE RESIDENT WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE PARCEL KEY BACK INSIDE THEIR MAIL BOX OR THE PARCEL BOX WHERE THEY TOOK IT FROM IF IT WAS PUT THERE AT ALL- NO KEY WAS LEFT AND NO PARCEL LEFT INSIDE  THE MAIL BOX- HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE EMPLOYEE JUST DIDN'T TAKE IT HIMSELF.
