Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have been trying to get these people to give me my money back on my investment. They came to NJ and my wife and my self was sold on 22 vacations. They say all we need to do is give them 90 days and they will get us where we want to go. They do not do what they say and I have been getting the run around. I ask to speak to the owner and they tell me he is out. He is always out and I believe I have been swindled out of our money.

I am sure that this company has many upset customers but they seem untouchable. My last request was given to them 120 in advance and at the last minute they said that they had nothing. They charge $89.00 for processing and $20.00 for peak time and $25.00 per extra room. I wanted Panama city Fl and they said nothing was available. I sent them this money and since they could not give me what I ask they submitted a refund which they said will take 6 to 8 weeks for me to get that back.

This is a scam. I wish I could get help to get them for what they do bad. I would like a full refund on all my money. I have been with them three years and have only been able to book two weeks out of the 22 we bought. It is always like pulling teeth. To try and get what I paid for. They owe me 20 weeks plus the recent payment and my last vacation request.

P.S. I was able to get what they was not in just three days. This is to prove their company has bad business practices. If they are so good why won't they just give un satified customers money back?

The complaint states "...have been trying to get these people to give me my money back on my investment...". In the agreement that all clients sign at the time of purchase, it states: "Should Client(s) not use the accommodations alloted by this Agreement during the term of this Agreement due to no act or default by VNI, VNI is not obligated to provide Client(s) with a refund...". In this particular case, since we had nothing available in Panama City, Florida, we usually offer several other places to the customer and he declined the offer. Our policy is that if we cannot get a resort or condominium in the place the client wants, we will find something as close as possible to it. If client(s) decline(s) the offer, we continue to look. Everything is based on "space availability". Clients are to pick three destinations and three dates. We have many clients who find the program very usuable.

This rebuttle of yours does only support there current bad pratices. I am not the only one who is not happy with them. If there was many in front of me why did they wait for the last minute to tell me that they cant reserve anything. I was notifiled two weeks before the date. be flexible come on. airlines are not flexible on pricing two weeks before depart dates. Also Rachele said that they have so many more members today that they suggest booking six months in advance. So now we went from 90 days 120 to six MONTHS. They have this practice of any money given for booking will be returned in six to eight months. You must be aware that intrest in being collected in there account while I wait for my money to be returned. its a win win all the way for vacation Network. The little people lose and the wealthy always win.

I use to work for this company and am famaliar with two of your requests, the one for Puerto Rico you sent in incorrectly, you were under the time frame, but still got to travel. For Panama City, you did send it in on time, but there was several before yours, and you were wanting 2 units with 2 bedrooms each and only had one travel date. The resevation request form clearly suggests to pick three destinations and three dates. It helps to be flexible in this kind of program, if you can only travel one certain week, then you should at least be flexible on your areas.
