VIP HOMES VIP Homes-Joke of a company. States you own the land one minute and then says you dont the next. Threats to sue if buyer walks. Mesa Arizona
In the beginng of March 2009- it was the beginning of one horrible nightmare with a joke of a company and with the owner VICTOR G PETERSEN THE BIGGEST JOKE OF ALL!
The purchase price was listed on the internet for 183K when went into the VIP model office to check out the model we liked the price was listed at 196K
13,000 dollars more. We ended up loving the house so we sat down filled out the required forms and began the home buying process. Signed a form that stated what house we liked as well as , colors, lot etc. No where in the documents does it say that it is a legally binging document but that it is a form that lets the builder (VIP) know what we are interested in.
Fast forward to july 2009- the house is entering the finishing stages.
Now all of a sudden we are being told that we cannot do conventional but that we have to go FHA. Fine!
Then the price for the house drops and is listed at 167K.
Called the lender department left messages after message with a Travis Moore-VIP Mortgage- (OWNED ALSO BY THE JOKER HIMSELF-VICTOR G PETERSON) to get back with use before we went any further with the loan.
Got a call from the JOKER himseld (WOW) Victor.
He stated that it does not matter what the price was listed at on the net we had already purchased our house. (which we had not)
Said that the house was already ours as well as the land and there was nothing he could or would do about the price. Instead of it being handled in a calm and professional matter.
Victor G Petersen- kept speaking over anything we tried to ask or say and continued to THREATEN that he would sue if we even thought about backing out of the deal.
I think i goes unsaid that if you own a company that has the reputation that VIP homes does, wouldn't you want to keep go repore with your customers?
In Victor G Petersens case that would be a definate NO.
Who ever else is other there dealing with the Stupidity of the JOKER Himself file a complaint! Cause not only did i put one on this I also filed with the BBB.

The BBB really does not handle matter like this. It handles matter more to discrimination and unfairness relating to age, race, etc.
Once again you have no idea what you are even talking about. You and your wife don't even know how your company is opperated. I am one of MANY people that have a problem with your company.
Getting someone into a house by putting income down that is not even there are income is not legal. I know you don't understand that Victor but then again neither does your wife.
Travis is an idiot to say that least. He says he is doing everything in his power to get something done. But when called to see where everything is at he has no answer and the buyer gets penalized for his idiotic mistakes.
Trust me this is not that last you will be hearing about this case. There are a number of things to bring your unprofessional and prejudice company down (besides bbb) and I plan on envoking and using every single one of them until you and your wife are out of a job and are done stealing and lying to home buyers!

Please understand that because this complaint is anonymous, there is no way for us to verify and therefore address their case.
I urge all who have doubts as to our character as a business to check with the Better Business Bureau website. Our company has an "A+" rating. It is noteworthy that if this anonymous individual actually filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as they claim, it has been resolved.
