Virgin Mobile Cheap plans/service come with a price! Internet, Nationwide
Virgin mobile is absolutely the worst phone service provider. Customer service reps are incompetent and are located outside of the US (have difficulty speaking English). When I opened an account with them, I had issues with activation, hardware, and text messaging. For a period of time, service ran smoothly with minor glitches every so often. My most recent issue had to do with lack of internet service for 12 days (which they never helped me resolve). I'm currently shopping around so I can leave VM.
