Visalia Skin Care Started out as Envie. Changead name to Visalia ordered online. for $4.95 . Had two weeks to try and return. The clock started when they mailed it. When I called to return, they said it was too late. Two charges of $89.95 were on my charge card. Product does NOT work an they would not refund the money or take the product back. I had plenty to return. Santa Ana California
No time was given to try the product since they started the clock when they shipped the product. They would not allow returns saying the time had passed. I called prior to tow weeks and was told I only had eleven days. I only ordered one product but two came. Two charges of $89.95 were on my credit card. This is a RiP OFF product that does not work. The RiP OFF marketing goes with it.
