I wished I had done research on this company. They do not return calls or emails. I went back to my original correspondence and found an 800 number that I had to wait at least 30 min for someone and once I got through, I asked the rep for her number, since she was "so nice".The number I used to get through is 1 800 255 2414, option 4, option 4, option 2. The number the rep gave me was the same. She said her extension is 7545. Hope this helps. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They request government issued photo ids and they have to be perfect. Mine was scanned and was perfect, but they still wanted more with my signature on it and an authorization form. I requested one three times, but now, am so glad I didn't sign anything.
