Went to Walkers Subaru ,bought 2015 outback added a service package to the car deal ,got home looked over the paid in full bill notice that Tiffany double charged us tax on the added service bill. Called and she was very pleasant, she would check to see if she could mail a check or have us come in to pick it up...nothing for over 4 days, we call our sales guy and he said the check was sent out on Wednesday...nothing in mail Thursday, or Friday.
Called back Friday and was told they didn't mail it overnight wait till Monday. No check. Called sales guy Monday and was told the check was mailed out last Friday to wait another day. Its Thursday. Nothing......Run the other way.
No contact by them.
