Dean Tucker told me that he could help me lower my monthly payment on my mortgage and maybe even help me get cash out. He charged me over $500 to iniciate the process and then explained to me that I would get that money back from my house payment schedule. He told me that it was not necessary or routine to do it this way but if I would put the money up then I would move to the top of the list. He would then move the process forward very quickly. He tricked me into paying him the money. He would only let me pay him with cash. He then told me a month later that I did not qualify for the program and that the $500 was just the cost of doing business. He refuses to pay me the money back and there is no paper trail on the process at all. Nobody at the office will acknowledge me and they act as if they know nothing about it. This was the only extra money I had and of course I was desperate in the first place due to the economy (obviously, I was trying to lower my payment) Do not do business with Dean He does not care if he is taking food out of your childrens mouths. He is cut throat and does not care about anything but money and I have a baby due in February and no insurance the money I payed dean was to be used for hospital bills. I told him that before I gave him the cash and he accepted it anyway without thinking twice about it. He has no heart at all. He is as cold as the Idaho winters.

This ripoffreport against me is completely false.
On January 7, 2010 I used ripoffreport.com to research a company that was trying to sell me mortgage leads. I found two negative reports about them that perfectly described the offer they were making to me. I emailed the company telling them that I could not do business with them and sent them the links to the negative reports on ripoffreport.com.
On January 8th, 2010 they sent me an email from a fictitious person with a Yahoo email account telling me they could not do business with me and added a link to this report.
I have filed a claim against them with the the Idaho Attorney Generals office regarding this posting. The company is now under investigation.
My company is a 2008 Honoree of the Integrity Counts! award from the Better Business Bureau of SW Idaho, we work extremely hard to maintain an excellent reputation in our community.
Unfortunetly ripoffreport.com is being used by scammers to drag down good standing business people.
I am being horribly slandered on this site. Rip-off-report please remove Report #550869.
