Web Wealth Strategies They Ripped Me Off, too! Phoenix Arizona
In May of 2007, I was called by Web Wealth Strategies in the person of Sean Kelly. He told me about this incredible opportunity to have a money making website. It was only $495. After I agreed to the website, I was transferred to talk to Jason Richards at Incredible Advertising. With him I signed up for the $2400 package which would get me 12,000 hits on my website. I did a check with the Better Business Bureau and there were no complaints against the company at that time.
Later, I talked with Crystal at Incredible and gave her the info for my website. I wanted a more easily identifable url than the www.3aoo.com with a bunch of numbers I was given. I was also told how to check the website to see how much traffic was on it.
I called several times to get the website up. It took over two months to do so. I never did find out how to check the traffic on it.
In August of 2007 I called Web Wealth Strategies and told them I was not satisfied with the response to my concerns. Everytime I called the person I talked to promised to get back to me and never called back.
I talked to Sean Kelly, Kevin, Crystal, and finally Carvell. No one calls back and no one returns calls.
I filed complaints with both the Wisconsin Department of Consumer Protection and the Arizona Department of Consumer Protection. I have not heard a word for the Arizona office. The Wisconsin office did respond in the person of Andrea Louden. She sent me a copy of a letter sent to her by Web Wealth Strategies. In the letter, dated August 15, 2007 WWS told Ms. Louden that they issued me a full refund. The letter was not signed by anyone. It is October 1, 2007 and I'm still waiting for my full refund. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Better Business Bureau. It joins several other complaints on file with them. Web Wealth Strategies now has an "unsatisfactory record" with the BBB.
