Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My husband became disabled in August 2007.

We went to the VA for help to pay our Mortgage (they did, no problem there).

I called Wells Fargo to find out how/where I should send the voucher~Kimberly told me she didn't know and I should just send it to their "Correspondence Office". So, I sent it there~needless to say....it came back to us with a letter stating they needed my husbands signature on it so that they can cash the voucher (we did that) and sent it back with "ATTENTION: Clint" on the envelope (clint was the person who sent us the letter needing my husband's signature).

Since August, we have sent in 2 more voucher's for payment of our mortgage.

Wells Fargo is calling and harassing us about not receiving the 1st payment. They received all the other payments (to their knowledge). They are threatening "foreclosure" on our home.

The payments have been made.

My problem which I have repeatedly asked to everyone we have ever talked to at Wells Fargo is: If the last couple voucher's have been cashed by you (Wells Fargo) and the 1st one was sent back to us needing my husband's signature in order to cash that voucher and any voucher's following. How can you (Wells Fargo) cash the 2, 3, 4 voucher's without his signature on the letter sent with the 1st voucher? Which you claim was never received or cashed by you (Wells Fargo).

I read your comment and want to Thank you kindly for taking the time out to express yourself. We need more people such as yourself to help open the eyes of ignorant people who tend to spout off at the mouth before thinking. Again, Thank you for stating your opinion. God Bless and keep you safe.

In response to Did you? I take offense to your posting. My husband and I have worked 30 plus years. And have paid our taxes faithfully. He has gone one step further and put his life on the line during combat so that you have your freedom. And we have investigated and have been in contact with the mortgage company and if you would have read my comment completely you would of realized that. Someone cashed the voucher through the mortgage company considering it was made out to the mortgage company. And they needed my husbands signature to do so. You blaming my husband for possibly cashing the voucher is sure ignorance on your part. May god help you if you ever fall on hard times. Before you say anything as ignorant as that you should make sure you know what you are talking about first.

Wonder if that girl works for wells she sure sounds as rude as them. So what if its our TAX DOLLARS.. She wouldn't be here if it weren't for veterans such as your husband. Thank him for me would you. Wells is most likely at fault here. They probably have pocketed the money as they have my familys. We have prooven them negligent. We had to file for Bankruptcy to get it out but we have prooven it. You have proven to be strong and this is sure a time in your life that the strength is important. I so wish people like you would never have to go thru this sort of thing. I wonder why the government hasn't made sure all veterns have home for life. With no worry or threat of loss of shelter. After all if it weren't for you they wouldn't have one them selves. I will pray for you tonight and remember don't let them get you down again. Is there any free legal service to help you on a bankruptcy? I know you dont probably want to file that but sometimes we got to.

Did you check with whoever sends you the vouchers to see if the first one was cashed and if so, who cashed it and what account was it deposited in? Maybe Clint cashed it and pocketed the money. Or maybe your or hubby did. You ae getting your mortgage paid on my tax dollars. The least you can do is investigation on who cashed the check before you blaim the mortgage company.
