Windsor At Polaris Apartments Liars and Cheats!!! Columbus Ohio
Beth Russell is the property manager. She is all smiles until you sign the lease. After the lease is signed, you are screwed. No friendly service, or help resolving problems with this VERY OLD property. College kids are partying all night long on the weekends (loud noise, and fighting). Fines are assessed to residents (i.e. remove your satelite dish or pay $250 to have us do it for you...you have 24 hours to comply). I was fined 3 times while residing at windsor.
When it was time to move out they ripped me off and tried to sue me for $2000 for damage to the carpeting which was listed on the move-in damage report as being old, and already damaged. When I referred them to the damage report, their reply was simply "pay the bill".
I contacted the Attorney General's Office and was told that my only recourse was to hire a lawyer. This lady is a first class scumbag, and liar. You will lose your shirt if you move in to Windsor at Polaris.
