I ordered the Wu-Yi Tea also. I didn't really like the taste of it so I can not say if it worked or not but I had the tea for 11 days when they deducted the $37.00 from my account. I had sent the tea back that same day. I was told that it would take Two weeks to refund my money. I tried to explain to them that I had not even had the tea the full trial before they deducted the money. Their response was,"It must have been a glitch in their system, but I would still have to wait the two weeks." Now this is all from the time that they received the tea in thier hands not from when I got an RMA number from them. They received the tea on 1/31/08. I waited the full 14 days and on the 15th day I called them wondering where my refund was. I found out the RMA they issued me would not give them the informaiton they needed. They wanted the tracking number off of the receipt that I got from the post office when I shipped it. Now this was not even a number that they issued me. They told me again I would have to wait the two weeks to receive the refund that they would cancel my subscription so I would not be billed anymore and the tea would not be auto shipped. On 2/19 I phoned Wu-Yi again and explained that they were quick to take my money out of my account before the free trial was even up that they need to be quick and issue it back. That same day they deposited the $31.00 into my account. I had to pay a restocking fee. This shows you that they can deposit the money as soon as they receive the product they just wont. On 3/12 almost two months after this had been cancelled I noticed a $19.95 deduction from my account, it was labeled IW/living lean. I went on line and entered IW/living lean in the google that is where I found the article about Wu-Yi deducting the money before the trial was up. I thought how ironic the sam thing happened to me. I called Wu-Yi again, because I has cancelled this almost two months ago and they told me that the living lean is a whole different program that gets added on when you purchase the tea, but in order to cancel it you have to request that yourself, because cancelling the tea and cancelling the living lean are two seperate things. No one bothered to tell me this when I cancelled the Wu-Yi tea.
