On 1/26/08 I ordered Wu-Yi tea on line for the "free" trial. It was not really free they charged s/h $4.95 and shipping insurance $2.00. When I finally received the product, 60 bags of this tea, I tried one and had a very bad reaction. There is so much caffeine in them I felt like I was having a heart attack. I promptly contacted them by email as they didn't respond via the phone and they are also not prompt in answering you. I have saved all the emails. They said I was removed from the autoship program and have been charged for the portions of tea that was sent to me but return the tea for the refund. In the mean time they charged me for this box of tea that I said I was returning. I finally received the refund for that. When I was looking at my bank statement, I noticed this charge for $19.95 for living lean. I went to my bank, they were able to find me a phone number and I was going to call on Monday. I will now also contact my bank on Monday to tell them this was a fraudalent charge.
