A rebate is not a contest. It is a discount. It can not be denied because the customer has missed some detail in a process set up to fail.
Monitor was purchased from PC Mall (X2 Gen 17") with rebates of $99. Rebatesystems.com is supposed to pay. Forms were sent in. Rebatesystems refuses to pay because of no SASE. Offered to send SASE. REbatesystems stopped responding.
