Auto Interiors & Tops Raleigh, NC Ruined windshield, then overcharged for lousy work Raleigh NC
I took my vehicle to this place on a recommendation from a complete stranger. I should have walked away instead. This is what you should do if comtemplating having work done at this business. Perhaps some things they do well, however windshield replacement is not.
In fact, this business outsources all of their windshild repairs, therefore have no control over the quality of the work. Auto Interiors & Tops will tell you or simply imply that they repair or replace windshields, but they do not. This is an important detail that the consumer needs to know.
Due to shoddy workmanship on my car's windshield, it sounds like I am driving with a window down. This is completely unacceptable. I gave the business the opportunity to redo the work, but they refused. Now, I am out more than $500 and a ruined windshield.
Run, do not walk, away from this business. Having been in business for 30 years doesn't automatically mean that they are the best at what they do. There are too many other places that do a great job with windshield replacements and it is all that they do.
