I became all but unemployed during COVID, and this is not a priority bill, I.E.., rent, etc. I called to extend one payment immediately, and it was approved. I have since been getting emails, so today I call and get my credit threatened (keep in mind my payments were alrteady set up before the call). She then changes the amount to add a LATE FEE which I was never told about.

Claims I will get a mark on my credit if I pay my scheduled payment but not the late fee, to which I say, you cannot report a late fee to the credit bureaus. Why am I being harassed when I set this up 2 months ago first of all? She again threatens me. So I pay her "NEW" amount with a late fee, and none of this was mentioned when I first called in like a good and decent client. AND THIS IS WITH ONLY 2 PAYMENTS REMAINING!!!!!!!!!!

WAY HIGH PAYMENTS, BULL CRAP RIDICULOUS INTEREST FEES, LATE FEES, RUDE. 

Spoke with Cassidy who is rude as all get out, it's a pandemic. I will never recommend or use this company again. THEY SUCK!
