I dropped off a machine for repair. Still not repaired after a month. They refused to return calls. When a person finally answered a call, they denied they were RGS Solutions.
Refused to return the unrepaired machine. The owner is Ryan Stratton. The Oneida, NY police blotter lists two incidents with Mr. Stratton dated 10/14/18 and 11/22/18.
