I have emailed them several times requesting a refund. I keep getting excuses about why they can't give me a refund, ie post office cannot track the package, They can't give me a refund until I send the product back to them. How can I return something I have never received? They have stopped responding to my emails.
I have tried to call can never talk to a person just leave a voice mail. Of course I don't geta call back. I have reported them to the Better Buisness Bureau. still no response. I didn't realize they had an F rating with the BBB, I never would have ordered from them.
