Warning to All,

I recently noted that my credit card was being charged for product I had returned or never received or authorized. I was charged more than $350.00 over the last 4 months at a rate of $79.95 for product from Acaiaslim and $19.95 for a Fit factory membership as well as $29.95 for Ultragreen. The only product that I did try was the trial offer where I did authorize a $4.95 charge and an order of Ultragreen of $29.95. However, only once.

I tried to find the company online however, they are not able to be found. I finally got a number correct off of a bill and called the company. I was put into a que on hold for 10 minutes while the voice messgae would come on a state that I had "0" callers before me. When I got someone on the phone, they were extremely cold and stated that the only thing she would do is cancel the account and refund "1" charge. I told her that I did not receive all of the product that they billed me for. I explained that the "3" bottles of Acai-Slim I did receive were "returned to sender" unopened as well as "1" bottle of UltraGreen. She stated she has record of me receiving the product. I asked how she had record of this when it was sent through the US Post Office and I didn't sign for anything. She had no response except to state her cancelling my account and only refunding me for one charge. I was very upset and asked to talk to a supervisor. I was put on hold and no one ever came to the phone.

I called back to speak to a very nice young man to which I stated my problem and asked for a supervisor. He left the phone and came back to state that both supervisors are busy and will call me back. This has not happened. I did ask him if he could give me the companies web address however he was a bit taken back by that question. He left the phone and came back with a web address to acai noni burner and stated that my account was ordered through this address. I checked the address to see if there was any information only to find it to be just another front web page for a company that does not have enough scruples to have their company available to be contacted online. I was told that they are one of many companies that are linked together and embedded into websites for prospective customers. This is a clear scam on the public and one practice I would like to see stopped.
