****** DO NOT BUY FROM AJM!!!! ******

This is THE worst company I have ever encountered. My story start at a simple order a FRENKE garbage disposal (Item was in stock per the website, order placed on 5/30/13), after a week I called customer service to check on my order status, I've been told it's still being processed at FRENKE, and the item should be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Past another week, I called customer service again, this time the rep "called" FRENKE to check on the order, after 20min on hold she returned and assured me the item will be shipped (you guessed it...) within 2-3 business days. The following week I called customer service again, got the same answer, so I asked to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor called FRENKE only this time she informed me that the item was all of a sudden discontinued!, and offered me a replacement, that she guaranteed, they have in stock. I agreed to the replacement item only after she promised me an expedited process, and assured me the item will be delivered by Friday the 21st (this was on 6/18/13).

Friday came, and no sign from AJM. I called again Friday, the supervisor I spoke to refused to talked to me, the rep I spoke (Arianna) with told me that no one promised me the order will arrive by Friday, it was my misunderstanding, because they suppose to receive the order from FRENKE on Friday, and expedite the shipping to me so by Monday (24th) I will receive it. I asked for the tracking # from FRENKE, she supplied the number, again extremely frustrated, I ended the conversation. Came Monday, and I could see the item didn't arrived at AJM yet, so I waited, until it had arrived to AJM, and no sign from AJM customer care. This time I did a little internet dig, and I can't express my self frastresation when I saw all the bad reviews on yelp, and ripofreport (I know I should always check reviews on the dtores before buying), then I called FRENKE first, I've discovered that the Item  (that I originally ordered) was discontinued OVER A  YEAR AGO!!!, and FRENKE didn't sell the original item I order for over 7 month!.

I called AJM customer service again!, spoke to the same Arianna who promised me Monday, and what a surprise AJM only received the item from FRENKE that Monday, and of course she never said the item will be shipped to me on Monday. This time I got very extremely aggravated (I mean, there's bad customer service, and there's customer abuse AJM are literally abusing!! their consumers!!!!). I told Arianna, I'm staying on the line until I will receive my order tracking #, she told me fine (in the most dismissing tone possible), and placed me on hold, after 1 hour, and 20 minutes  (I wanted to see how much audacity this place have) she hang up the phone (please keep in mind that by this time she had my phone # to call me back) I tried calling back, but it was after hours (despite the fact that Arianna told me that even if the phone line are closed by 5, she is still there til 6), obviously I didn't received a call back.

I called the following day spoke to Nubia, I asked for the tracking # of my order, Nubia told me it was still in process in the shipping department, I told her I was promised several times an expedited service, she promised me an answer by the end of the day with a tracking #. At 4:48pm EST Nubia sent me an email with the tracking #, explaining it takes 24-48 hours to be updated at UPS. So I called UPS, who assured me that all tracking info received are processed within 3-4 hours (if received before 4:00pm) or by the next morning (if received after 4:00pm).

The following morning, I checked the tracking info at the UPS site, the site indicated that the tracking # is invalid, I called AJM again. Arrinna (after I told her what was on my mind, and "thanked" her for the long hold) I explained that the tracking # was invalid, she tried giving me the spiel about 24-48 hours, I told her that it's a lie, I checked with UPS, and if she would like I will put them on the phone now so she could hear it for herself. Arianna entered the most epic defense tactic, yelling at me how dare I accuse her in lying?!? when all she do is trying to help me, she gave me the exact same tracking # I told her it was invalid, she started yelling again saying that this is the correct number, and she is done, and hang up the phone again. This time I emailed customer service, and no sign from AJM, I've emailed them daily requesting an updated tracking #, I save the screenshot from UPS.com indicating that the tracking # is invalid, and attached it to each email daily, no respond.

Now for the big cherry on top was Tuesday 7/2/13 I return home to find a beat up box with AJM stickers all over. The box looks like someone kick it all the way from New York, to my home in SoCal. The box was just left there, they didn't even bother asking for a signature, and giving me the option to refuse it, or expect the delivery guy since I didn't have the correct tracking #. The product in the package does not work at all. I tried calling customer care, everythim I give the order # the call drops "mysteriously", I've emailed with pics of the smashed package attached. I’ve not heard back since, to this day. ****** DO NOT BUY FROM AJM!!!! ******
