On 3/17/2015 I purchased a 3.7L engine for my 20023 Dodge truck. After over three weeks they finally got my the engine. I installed the engine and it would not start. On 5/1/2015 I had it towed to a ASE certified shop and they diagnosed the problem and found that I had the wrong engine. I had the truck towed to my housed and removed the engine. It took them again almost a week to come and gwet the incorrect engine. They would not send me a new engine until they can confirm shipmeny of the old one. The engine was finally picked up on 5/6/15. A week later on 5/12/15 I received an e-mail from Bryan Johnson who stated the replacement engine was at the shipping terminal on it's way out. After numerous e-mails sent to them on inquiry of a tracking number I was told late on a friday the engine had a bad cylinder and not they want to know if i want my money back. I asked for reimbursement for the diagnosic, towing to have a diagnostic, half the cost of the estimate to have it reinstalled, and all the non-durable goods (oil, Gaskets, o-rings, etc.),all of which I supplied them with receipts. They are only going to cover the diagnostic and towing. This whole process has taken over two months I am only asking for what is right.
