I paid them 187.00 to file a Chapter 13, thought everything was okay gave them my information done. Right went to the court to file well all the paperwork that had my information on was on the wrong forms, went to tell them about it and they said it wasn't their fault for misleading information that was giving to them. We don't give refunds back, sorry but there website said 100% money back guarantee for results. I had to completely redo all my information on the correct forms to file my Chapter 13. I WANT MY REFUND NOW WITH THESE PEOPLE, they are complete crooks and should be prosecuted.
