American home Shield AHS Worse service I have ever received Internet, Georgia
I live in Palm Springs area where is gets 115/117 degrees in the summer, August being the worst month. I requested service for my A/C unit august 4th because it wouldn't cool below 80 degrees and would stay on running all the time. They sent out a service person and they diagnosed the problem and attempt to fix it. Several weeks later and a few replacement parts still not fixed. Exactly the same problem as which we started. Another company came in and diagnosed the problem right away. Got approval for a replacement compressor. And now AHS need more information. The company said they had provided that information several times. Here is another several weeks later and still no repair has been done. I it now September 2nd, I have a 95 year old grandmother living in the house, in hottest part of the country at the hottest time in the summer. I've called everyday for the past two weeks only to hold for 30-35 min and all I get is apologizes. The work is still pending and I've had to have another A/C company not affiliated with AHS to come in and at least make in bearable for our family and my 95 year old grandmother. This have been the most frustrating and miserable summer I have every experienced in all my life thanks to AHS.
