Found this as a $1 trial subscription wherein if you did not wish to continue said subscription you could cancel anytime
I did receive multiple bags of coffee, but after the $1 trial runs out, they charge you $68 then send you an invoice with your account number which is supposed to allow you to make changes to your account. However, after FIVE tries the website would not allow me to create an account so I could cancel
So I tried the 1-800 number listed on my bank statement and was given the option to stay on hold or let them call me back
they have not called me back
Today I discovered they had charged me not only $68 for a product I haven't even received, but an additional $57
This is outrageous. what is the $57 for? How can they just charge you whenever they feel like and send you whatever they feel like?
$68 A MONTH for a few bags of mediocre coffee is bad enough, but to pretend you have the option to set up an account (to change preferences such as flavor or I don't know...CANCEL!) is just unethical
Major scam. I can't even say the customer service is bad as there literally is NO customer service because you cannot communicate with anybody who works for their company via any normal route of communication
