ANC Award Notification Commission/Larry Houd Valid entry is returned with "winning numbers"-send fee of $12.99 to claim my prize of $2,000,000.00 Kansas City Kansas
I received a letter stating I had won $2000,000.00 or a single check of $1,320,000.00. Looking closer to the letter I noticed that the offer was pending until I paid the premium offer fee of $12.99. Also, it offered a gift certificate of $2,500.00 for up to 75% off WONrewards.com online for merchandise and service offerings.
The confusing part was the letter said I had already won but then it stated no purchase was necessary and a purchase would not increase my chance of winning. Didn't it say I had already won?
