aps repair/a & s appliances was to repair our samsung refrigerator 9/6/2016 and the refrigerator worked okay until oct,14,2016. we called aps repair to let them know the problem, Bob said they would called monday or tuesday to set a time they would come out to have a look see since we wete in their system and the that ws done was under warranty. OK, monday came and no call,tuesday around noon my wife called aps repair to see what time they were coming out to do the repair. This time the name was Mark, mark said he'd call her back in fifteen minutes,well that call never happened,so she called Aps Repair again and this time is when Ed,Bob or Mark said to my wife he didn't like the way she talked to him so they were not coming out to do the repair. My wife then asked for their address, they told her that they would give her one because they didn't like the way she talked to them.We have read some of the other complaints about this same company (ies),the varies locations,phone numbers and businesses. HEY folks this company(ies) is a BIG RIPOFF. We're trying to get with the local bbb to try and get more info and if so we will post,so just maybe it will help another un-suspecting family stay clear.
