I would love to resolve the issue, but unfortunately can't since you are out of the office for the rest of the week and our house is going back up for auction and will be over before you return!! And employees state your the only one to discuss the matter. Same as before no one to resolve issues before it's to late. Everyone would tell us they would call us right back with the right information and not respond to 2-3 days. And it was always someone else with wrong information. And that is exactly why we are losing our dream house!!

Hi Leann82,
We are sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you voicing your concern. At Auction.com, we are committed to delivering a positive experience for customers to purchase real estate from our sellers in a transparent, efficient way. As stated in our policies, all winning bids are subject to the sellers approval, which they have up to 15 business days to review. Before the seller will review the offer, the Earnest Money Deposit needs to be submitted into escrow. All due diligence documents are provided on our site for each individual property. Please contact our Director of Customer Service, Peter Chevalier at 800-793-6107 so we can discuss this further and come to a resolution.
