I ordered funeral flowers & was guaranteed timely delivery as is advertised. I paid extra for express delivery. At funeral home - no flowers. When I called the company, the rep read to me a disclaimer that states "delivery not guaranteed" - in case of weather, etc..(weather was mild & dry). I requested a refund & was refused.
The rep stated that the flowers would be delivered the next day, so would not give me a refund. I told her that it would be too late as funeral was the next morning. Next day, no flowers. I called company again, even though the funeral was over, to request refund.
They refused but offered a 50% credit on my next order. I refused that because this offer was not equivalent to what I had paid and also I did not wish to use their services again.
Anyway, I believe that they knowingly do not provide the services purchased but make money by offering "store credit" at less value.
