Avas Flowers Received half the order of flowers ordered and they were wilted, called to complain and they sent another box ,not vase, of half broken wilted flowers Orange City Florida
I started to order flowers online on 2/10/14 as there was a coupon for "free delivery", however, when I put in the information they were charging $18.99 for servicing and handling, so I called them directly, and the lady on the phone told me I had to upgrade to 15 flowers vs. 7 flowers in the arrangement to get "free delivery", so I did, which cost me an additional $20.00 and I was spending more to get "free delivery", but thought the flowers would be nicer. The flowers were for my Aunt who just went through shoulder surgery. I was led to believe that they would be in a vase and a very full and beautiful arrangement, like the picture. I was also lead to believe this was a local florist in Orange City, FL, as I am out of town and was trying to send flowers to a relative that had just gone through surgery.
When they arrived, they were in a box with a vase included, and my Aunt had to get a nurse to fix the flowers as she could not use her arms. This was not what I thought I was getting. My aunt said there were only 7 flowers and they were wilted...I was embarrassed and told her I would be sending her some new flowers. I immediately called and spoke with a lady named Reg, who was very nice on the phone, and apologized and said she would send out another arrangement that would be in a vase and that they would be very fresh flowers, as they had a new shipment coming in. My Aunt received another box the following day (no vase arrangement) and once again, flowers were wilted and half half of the were broken. She told me she hated to hurt my feelings, but wanted to be honest and said, I should go get my money back. I called immediately and was put on hold. I blocked my number and called back 2 more times, only to be put on hold for an extremely long time both times, until I finally figured they were not going to talk with me. I also sent them and email regarding my disappointment and asking for my money back, but received no response. I would not recommend any one going through this company. They took my money, and put out a poor product...very bad business! :(
