I have had the worst online shopping experience ever with Belle & Clive, a branch of Bluefly.com.

I ordered a pair of boots on the Belle & Clive website after reading their description and sizing specifications. They stated that the boots had a circumference of 14 3/4" which would have fit but when they arrived, they were only 14" making them too small. I requested a return stating that I was returning them due to misinformation or not as described which is one of their return options. I sent them back with their UPS label and waited. they received the boots 4 days after I sent them confirmed by UPS tracking and after two weeks of nothing, I started to check the site and tried several times to contact their customer service. Each email specified the RMA # that I copied and pasted from my account with them. I finally received a response stating that my return was being processed and I was due the credit for the boots less their return fee. I responded stating that I demanded a full refund since thus wasn't a matter of changing my mind or ordering the wrong size but an issue due to their incorrect information. A few days later I received another response with information that wasn't about my order or return at all. I told them I had very little faith in receiving my refund at all if they don't even know who I was. They told me they'd refunded my money two days before the boots even arrived there and for a much lower amount. They said I spacified the boots were too small which also isn't true. 

 

I I did receive a refund the following day with their deduct for return processing fee but this is not acceptable. I also contacted Bluefly as they're an affiliation and I've received nothing from them either. I'm very disappointed with my entire experience with Belle and Clive and would never recommend shopping with them, especially if there is any chance you may need to return something. I feel like they don't have any system, that they have terrible customer service if you can even get any, and that I've been ripped off and taken advantage of. I also don't believe they care, that I'm just another faceless customer they they have no interest of righting their wrong.

I mosy do all of my shopping online these days due to my hectic schedule and heavy workload and this has been the worst experience I've ever had.
