i made a complaint to the BBB about quicken loans. its baffling that that company has an A+ rating from the BBB. the BBB notified me of the receipt of my complaint. one week later they sent an email stating that quicken loans responded to the complaint and told me there was an attachment enclosed. there was NO attachment in the email, none! i wrote back to the BBB stating there was no attachment to respond to.
today i got an email saying my complaint is closed because i did not respond to the company's response. i most certainly did. i responded that the company response attachment was missing from the email. so exactly how does the BBB help the consumer. i think they are another fraud.
