Like many others I have a tale of woe, woe unto me for beliving in honest business dealings. I bid and won the item I was interested in but have not yet received it. Here is how the story goes, Item won, payment required, for item transaction fee and shipping, sent through paypal as required, 2 days later got email saying it had been shipped an expected in home delivery date of 10/20/06. Item did not show up on 10/20 checked tracking had been processed but had not arrived, as policy states all claims must be made within 48 hours, sent email to customer service in 24 hours, received email stating new delivery date was 10/25/05.

Waited until 10/26/06 no product, tracking showed it at local Post Office but had not been delivered. Used on line customer service and they said I could file claim but I would need to send a email requesting their help, sent email, they responded that they would send information on how to file a claim, did not come, went back on line next day and email came with three attachments and I was told to sen an email requesting an investigation. Attachments were for USPS Service investigation, and a detailed letter that had to be notorized for their insurance company. sent forms by USPS tracking #70060810000577438536 on 11/04/06.

USPS confirmed delivery on 11/09/06. Sent 2 emails to customer servive requesting update on claim, both emails stated they had not received any forms, not according to USPS tracking #70060810000577438536, customer of no help. Logged on today to online help and asked for update, explained my frustation on the claim and asked if I needed to seek help from the Post Master General, customer service rep logged off.

Buyer beware, well maybe not it's easy to buy harder to receive!
