Bidz.com, Audrey And Bradley Scam Artist behind glittering jewels Culver City California
My husband and I purchased a number of items from bidz.com We first used my husbands credit card. No known problems at that point. But when I tried to check-out using my Paypal account(a service they allow) a message came up that said "Paypal was unable to complete your request. Please choose a different way of paying". Well I new I had enough in my Paypal account to pay for my order. So I got on there live chat. And the first person was "Audrey" asked me what kind of browser I use. I told her, and she told me I should try lowering my security setting through my tools. Then that didn't work so I talked to a "Bradley" and he said to add bidz.com to my trusted sites through my tools. That didn't work so I got a "Bradley" again and he said he would e-mail me instructions on paying through Paypal Manually. Right after I read the e-mail he sent I went to my Paypal account and tried four times to get into my account with no luck. Went back to my e-mail account couldn't access that. Went to my secondary e-mail account no luck. Went to bidz.com to try and see what was going on but in order to talk to anyone you have to login. Guess what.... Couldn't do it! Nothing was working! Called my husband at work and he talked me through my system restore and it seems to have worked. Got on bidz.com and got "Audrey" again. She hung-up on me. So I called back on there live chat and got a "Joey" with nothing to say (how ironic) I don't want to send payment but I feel they will try and cause trouble for me if I don't. What can I do? And what about the items we already paid for on my husbands credit card?
